We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Product Marketing Lead to help us optimize our marketing efforts, drive lead conversion, and support product launches that resonate with our target audiences. The Role: As Product Marketing Lead, you will play a fundamental role in developing Medoma’s “growth engine”, and own key aspects of our marketing efforts –– from implementing funnel optimization strategies to collaborating on product launch campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in measuring and optimizing marketing performance to ensure our campaigns drive tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:

Funnel Optimization & Lead Conversion
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Product Launch Campaigns
- Work closely with the product team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Craft messaging and positioning that resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with the Growth team to test new messaging and understand what are the most compelling stories that drive interest and engagement

Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to support growth initiatives.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions to communicate Medomas key differentiation in the marketplace by creating simple and compelling messages

Performance Measurement & Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Use audience and data-driven insights to drive strategies and decisions that lead to world-class customer experiences

Collaboration & Content Development
- Work with cross-functional teams to create high-impact content and marketing assets.
- Help craft our web content strategy to ensure our web content and experience is meeting the needs of our customers
- Align marketing efforts with Medoma’s broader business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years in growth marketing, brand strategy or product marketing, or a related role, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or tech.
- Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actions.
- Creative Problem Solver: Innovative thinker who can develop impactful campaigns that drive results.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working with sales, product, and other teams to achieve shared goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to write clear, compelling copy and deliver presentations.
- Leadership: Comfort leading strategic briefings and leading projects with multiple stakeholders and leading teams
- Experience in a very demanding environment (i.e. strategy consulting, high-growth startups)
